Portnoy Schneck, L.L.C., Attorneys at Law (“we,” “us,” or “the Firm”) provides this website and related services (collectively, the “Site”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree, you can not use the Site.

6.  Electronic Fund Transfers

Payments processed via debit card or bank account (ACH) are electronic fund transfers. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Firm to initiate electronic transfers from the designated account.

7.  Limitation of Liability; No Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTNOY SCHNECK, L.L.C. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

8.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to choice-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
